Semester comes to an end!

I cannot believe three months has already passed. It's amazing how fast time flies, but yet how long ago it seems that I have seen my family. I have been blessed to have so much support throughout my first semester by loving family and friends. As finals approach, stress and anxiety seems to rise, but I know I have a wonderful family I can rely on. I have been so blessed here in Hawaii from finding a place to live to the wonderful experience I am receiving from my job. My heart is filled with so much appreciation to my Heavenly Father for blessing me with such an experience. How many freshman get to be a part of the theater fall production, or even get to work on the sidelines for a NCAA Division I football game. The stress has definitely piled on, but thinking back on the last three months I wouldn't take any of it  back. Finals are approaching and I have one of three completed. Research paper is due tomorrow along with my final Media Productions assignment. Everything is wrapping up and I'm doing my best to stay calm. I just have to keep imagining the snow, cuddled up next to the fireplace, Christmas decorations and loved ones near. There really is no place like home for the Holidays, and I will be there in five days!

FLASH FlOOD!!!

What a night?! Got done working at the basketball game to come out to a crazy storm! Little did we know it would turn into a flash flood!!! A bunch of us were hungry though so after I found three dollars soaked in the middle of the road we went to drive to Mcdonalds. Except it was a scary experience driving one block in that storm! So we got our food and then danced and splashed in the pouring rain. Only to soon find out that Hale 5 was flooding! All the girls and some boys went and grabbed our trash cans to start getting rid of water. We all formed an assembly line and together we accomplished the task. Thanks to all that helped! Although I am so grateful to be on the second floor. Then the news came of a party at the little circle. People were going crazy wrestling, boogie boarding, and having water fights. We were SOAKED!! It got really cold fast though so I decided I needed to hurry back and best everyone to the warm showers!:) Thanks to Charli here is a little documentary of the storm, although it doesn't do it justice. Tappin'

Oh my goodness I miss tap soooo much! But I had the opportunity to put a little video together for a scholarship audition coming up. I posted it to youtube so it's a little look at the editing I've been learning to do at work. Turbo Jam!

Well last night Kaylani, my roomie Macey, and I decided to go on a turbo jam kick before Christmas. So at 10:30 last night we headed down to the lounge to start cardio party, let's just say I quickly realized how out of shape I was. I will be grateful when I will get to work out somewhere with AC. But for now I will take the sweating and sore muscles. I might be able to compete with my mom and Kara when I get home, maybe. Day 1 complete and day 2 will begin with turbo sculpt. Oh and there was this new random ab workout on the DVD, and I love it!! It's like 5 minutes but a killer! Maybe it will shape a six pack, that is if I can lay off the pineapple cake here!

Well my dad thought it would be cool for me to get a blog, so here it is:) My lap top is currently unavailable (aka broken) so pictures will hopefully be up within a week or so. So for now everyone can just admire the pretty colors! I'm new to this blogging thing so any tips/suggestions for making my layout cuter would be greatly appreciated.
